With wet weather hampering the fifth annual Bama Brawl at Fort Payne (Ala.) Motor Speedway, the Valvoline Iron-Man Racing Series elected to cancel its portion of the two-day event originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday. The Iron-Man race won’t be made up but the series is scheduled to return to the track April 15.

The track originally shifted weekend action to Saturday and Sunday and planned an unsanctioned $5,000-to-win Super Late Model event, but nixed that plan with more wet weather in the forecast and rescheduled the three-day event to March 10-12. A $3,023-to-win United Championship Racing Alliance events for Crate Late Models is among several other divisions on next month's card.
